Men’s League Softball is coming to Glover Park next week! To accommodate the metal bat competition, the softball field was expanded by almost an acre last fall. Glover Recreation volunteers just built the “Glover Monster Wall” on the left field line of the expanded softball field. The Wall is 16′ 6” tall and 92′ feet wide.
We are offering to have your business or organization profiled on the Glover Monster for ten years! We will design and purchase the initial banner according to your specifications and we will place the banner on the Wall May through August each year. Please consider supporting Glover Park and giving your business the visibility to both adult and youth players and fans for years to come.
Here are the possible banner sizes with your one-time donation:
- $100 1′ H by 2′ W vinyl banner (colored text on white background)
- $250 2′ H by 3′ W vinyl banner (colored text on white background)
- $500 3′ H by 4′ W vinyl banner (custom graphic design)
- $1000 4′ H by 5′ W vinyl banner (custom graphic design)
If you are interested in purchasing a customized banner or providing your own banner, that is an option. You will need to pay the difference if you desire a logo to be printed on the smaller size banners. However, GREC will provide the standard banner at no additional cost to you. We will require a vector graphic file to print logo or graphics.
If you are interested, please contact GREC’s president, Jethro Hayman at 525-4760 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We will only be seeking sponsorships through May 2014, so time is limited for this unique opportunity.
It took many hours of work on a rainy Sunday, but the Left Field Wall for the Softball Field has been completed. Final dimensions 16′ 6″ tall by 92′ wide. 243′ from home plate to left field foul pole. Foul pole is 24′ tall.
